The Rapid Iron-Steel-Slag Analysis System has centralized and automated the detection of iron, steel, and slag samples. By integrating intelligent sampling, preparation, and analysis, the system processes up to 1,000+ iron/steel samples, 90+ hydrogen/oxygen/nitrogen samples, and 100+ slag samples daily. Detection time for iron and steel samples has been reduced by 130 seconds, enabling precise quality control for the company’s “One-Click Steelmaking” initiative and optimized product mix.
Meanwhile, the upgraded Remote Intelligent Measurement System has enhanced efficiency by 80% through features such as anti-tampering mechanisms, real-time online monitoring, and automated identification of railcar weights and molten iron tank numbers. The system enables 24/7 unmanned on-site measurement, remote status monitoring, and self-diagnosis of equipment faults, ensuring seamless operations.
