As a key "cornerstone" in high-end equipment manufacturing, nickel steel boasts excellent corrosion resistance and high-temperature mechanical properties, standing up to harsh media like acid-alkali solutions and high-temperature moisture. It’s irreplaceable in chemical equipment, marine engineering, and nuclear power pipelines – but its production is super challenging with high technical barriers.
To tackle the hurdles, their tech team rolled out a tailored process: real-time monitoring of rolling temperature and pressure in the acid rolling stage, plus dynamic adjustments for stable production; optimized gas ratio in the continuous annealing stage to prevent oxidation, smart temperature control with matching strip speed, and gradient cooling to reduce thermal stress.
